Please note that your shipping cost is calculated online with integrated shipping modules, using annual negotiated discounted rates. These online shipping quotes are estimates based on weight and volume calculations. We reserve the right to change the shipping charges, but if this occurs, you will be contacted for approval before your order is processed.
Please note that we do not deliver to PO Box Addresses. Your shipping address needs to be complete and all the fields filled as requested in order to ensure a successful and quick delivery.
Bagatelle Trading LLC does not take any responsibility for any losses, damages or delays that may occur. Similarly, we must be notified should additional insurance be required. Without notification we ship products without insurance.

Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Domestic shipping is done within 2-4 working days. The items that are Cash on Delivery are delivered within 4 working days and the other items are delivered within 2 working days.
Cash on delivery is available within the United Arab Emirates for any amount. With Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, buyers are obliged to pay the total amount in order to receive their order. In the case of refusal to accept the order there is a fee of 30 AED that has to be paid for the courier company. Failure to do so will lead to legal implications including ban on any further Cash on Delivery orders.
Bagatelle ships to over 100 countries around the world and it takes 4-7 working days.
All the items are shipped from Dubai, UAE. We only charge for the shipping of the item that the courier service provides and since almost all countries apply custom duties and taxes on imported items, please make sure to check the duty/custom rates for your country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for all custom duties and import fees.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that provides a tracking number. This will allow you to track your package online.
Why is my order late?
Please bear in mind that sometimes packages will be stuck in customs duty for any clearance/payment which in that case Bagatelle is not held liable for the delay. You can get in touch with the Customs office in your respective country for further inquiries.
Why am I paying extra charges on my shipment?
Most countries have customs and taxes on imported things therefore; you need to check with the customs in your country to understand the procedure and extra charges. Bagatelle only charges for the shipping process via FedEx.
