Returns & Exchanges

 

At Bagatelle we thrive on satisfying our customers and that is why if you are not satisfied with your item when you receive it, we give you 3 full days to return it. All you have to do is get in touch with one of our representatives.

Please keep in mind the following points in order to successfully return your item:

  • - Refunds (in the form of Store Credit) will take up to 7 working days to process.
  • - The item has to be the same exact condition you have received it.
  • - The security tag on the item has to be intact in its original form. If the security tag has been removed for any reason, we will not accept the item for return under any circumstance.
  • - If the item has the security tag but still has signs of use, we will not accept it.
  • - The item has to be returned within 3 days from the day it was bought and received.
  • - The item has to come with all original inclusions.
  • - All return/shipping charges as well as any extra charges are the responsibility of the Buyer.
  • - Please note that for hygiene reasons, we do not accept the return of any accessories (earrings, necklaces, rings, hair accessories) and any type of shoes.

International Returns:

In the case of international returns, please keep in mind that in addition to the Return Rules, the Buyer must send us a copy of the shipping receipt with date to show that the item was shipped within 3 days of receiving it.

Refunds/Exchange:

In order to keep both our sellers and buyers happy, refund of returned items will be in the form of Store Credit. Once the item is approved for return, you will be refunded the entire value amount of the item in Store Credit to be used on any item in our boutique within 6 months of the Store Credit issue date. In some rare exception, refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
